Having joined the partnership in 1994, Gill has used a rare combination of extraordinary medical ability and business acumen to accurately define the health-care needs of the business community. She has single-handedly developed a progressive brand of occupational health provision that is unique in the UK and is prized by our clients.

Gill has been the driving force behind the expansion of Roodlane, from a practice with less than a dozen clients, to a company that boasts more than 150 blue chip accounts. She is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Her vision, energy and ability to inspire led to her appointment as Chief Executive of Roodlane Medical Ltd in 2007.
